Market Exclusivity Guarantee

At Hive Marketing, we are committed to delivering unparalleled marketing solutions with a unique promise: we serve only one client per service category in each geographical area. This exclusivity clause ensures that when you partner with us, you can rest assured knowing that we are not simultaneously assisting your competitors in the same market. This approach not only prevents conflicts of interest but also allows us to fully concentrate our resources and strategies on elevating your business alone. Clients benefit from this dedicated focus, receiving tailored, innovative marketing plans that are designed to dominate their specific market sector without the risk of diluting their competitive edge through shared strategies. This commitment to exclusivity helps to build a deep, trusting relationship with each client, as they know we are truly invested in their success and not divided in our efforts.

PPC Performance Clarity

At Hive Marketing, we strive to create effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns tailored to meet your unique business needs. However, it’s important to understand that while PPC can often provide immediate visibility and traffic, instant results are not guaranteed for every campaign. The effectiveness of PPC advertising builds over time; an older campaign tends to perform better as it benefits from ongoing optimization and learning from accumulated data. This means that patience and continuous refinement based on analytical insights are crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. We are committed to transparency and setting realistic expectations, ensuring that you are fully informed about the nature of digital advertising and its potential variability in results. Our goal is to work closely with you to maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns and achieve sustained success.

Payment Policy

At Hive Marketing, we are committed to providing clear and straightforward payment terms to ensure a seamless business relationship with our clients. We accept payments via credit card and bank transfers via Quickbooks. Full payment details and due dates are specified in each client agreement. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each service period, and payment is due on receipt. To maintain uninterrupted service, timely payments are crucial. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance. If a payment is delayed by more than 15 days, services may be paused until the account is settled. Clients wishing to discuss their payment options or facing issues with timely payments are encouraged to contact our billing department promptly to arrange a suitable payment plan. We strive to be flexible and understanding, aiming to support your business needs while ensuring the sustainability of our services.

Cancellation Policy

At Hive Marketing, we understand that business needs can evolve, leading to changes in service requirements. If you decide to cancel your services with us, we require a 30-day notice, or as outlined in your service agreement. This advance notice allows us both to adequately prepare for the transition and ensure that all ongoing campaigns are concluded effectively, preserving the integrity and performance of the work done. Our 30-day notice policy is aligned with industry standards and is designed to provide sufficient time for both parties to handle the administrative and operational adjustments required. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy, which helps us maintain our commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
